General admission requirements to attend our international elective are:
Students must have at least one year of university studies in the natural sciences, engineering, management or economics to apply for admission. Students must also have a least B2 in English (CEFR scale)
How to apply
First of all, you need to contact the International Office at your home institution about going on exchange. This is to ensure that your home institution has a bilateral exchange agreement with Aarhus School of Marine and Technical Engineering.
Provided that there is a bilateral exchange agreement with your university, your international office must nominate you by sending an e-mail to Sharon at email@example.com
If your home institution does not have an agreement with Business Academy Aarhus, your International Office can contact Sharon at firstname.lastname@example.org to explore the opportunity of entering into a bilateral agreement.
Please note that if you are a non-EU citizen, you must apply for a residence and work permit for students before you arrive in Denmark. We will obviously help you with this, but processing can take a couple of months!
Once you have been nominated, you will be contacted with instructions on what you should do.
You must then fill in the online application form.
Before you fill in our application form, please read the document with our accommodation options – Download the accommodation document here
