How to apply

Provided that there is a bilateral exchange agreement with your university, your international office must nominate you by sending an e-mail to Sharon at

If your home institution does not have an agreement with Business Academy Aarhus, your International Office can contact Sharon at to explore the opportunity of entering into a bilateral agreement.

Please note that if you are a non-EU citizen, you must apply for a residence and work permit for students before you arrive in Denmark. We will obviously help you with this, but processing can take a couple of months!

Once you have been nominated, you will be contacted with instructions on what you should do.

You must then fill in the online application form.
